4th of July!

This past weekend Eric, Julie, and Benjamin made their way to our house to celebrate the 4th of July.  Stephen was able to find someone to cover his Orbit 3 shift on Friday (Thanks Todd!), so we were all able to go out to Esteban's to enjoy the great Mexican food (It is Eric's favorite place so far).  Benjamin has learned Stephen and my names - and it is the cutest when he says them.  He is stuck on me lately, so the minute they started their journey down here, all he was saying was "Aunt Sara".  That wasn't the last time, all weekend, he woke up asking for me!  It is too sweet!
The weather wasn't very cooperative on Saturday, so we spent most of the time indoors and being lazy while it rained.  We did get some shopping done!  And another thing that is wonderful, Eric will be moving in with us in August and Julie and Benjamin will be coming down in October!  It will be nice to have family around us down here.  So we did get to go look at some neighborhoods while they were here....and they learned which neighborhoods they didn't want to live in :)  Stephen and I were amazed at the amount of houses that were for sale in the Clear Lake area.  But I have a feeling, it will only be getting worse - which can be good for Eric and Julie!
On Sunday, we made our way to the movies to see Toy Story 3.  Benjamin loves Toy Story and all the characters, espeically Buzz and Woody.  For an hour before the movie, all we heard was him talking about Popcorn!  And the minute we sat down at Star Cinema (it is a movie theater that has a full menu!) we ordered him popcorn.  And he ate the entire bucket.  We also have a picture of him waiting for the movie to start!  It was the first movie he has been to in a theater.  He was so good during it too.  Every so often, i would feel a tap and hear "Sara, look Buzz!"  He was amazed.  I am so happy we were able to share that moment with him!
Monday is when they left, but we know it won't be too much longer before they are all down here for good!  When Eric and Julie got home, we got a call.  Benjamin started crying and wouldn't stop because he thought they were coming back here.  He was crying for me - how adorable is that?
Something good did happen on Monday.......I got to see Eclipse (the 3rd Twlight film) with my friend Pam!  It was so good!!  And it was nice to have a girls night out :)  I really don't ever do that.
I promise to keep this updated more often!  One thing major coming up for Stephen and I is that we get to go see "Wicked" on Saturday July 10th!  I got the tickets for my birthday in April and have been waiting for that day!  I have never seen 'Wicked", but I absolutely love "The Wizard of Oz".  I think Stephen is looking forward to it too :)
